The use of laser cutting oil sieve tube is one of the typical applications of laser cutting technology in the petrochemical industry. During oil drilling, sand control in loose formations is one of the most critical parts in oil well completion and oil production engineering design. Generally, a large number of small gaps are processed around the pipe to block most of the sand layers. The important feature of laser cutting is that it can cut out layer-shaped slits with wide outer and narrow inner or narrow outer and inner styles to make oil sieve slits. In view of this excellent characteristic of laser, PetroChina has cooperated with Pentium Laser to introduce advanced laser equipment to ensure smooth oil extraction.
